Garnet isn’t one single mineral but a family or group of minerals. Varieties include Almandine (typically red to brown) Pyrope (red to purple) Spessartine (orange to red to brown) Andradite (Yellow, green and black) Grossular (yellow, green, pink, red, colourless) and Uvarovite (green)

These pieces are yellowish/green grossular Garnets. Like all Garnets, these are deep and strong. They are quite grounding, strengthening and nurturing without the fiery power of Red Garnet nor the zingy richness of Green Garnet.
