Green Aventurine is about balance; it can lessen overactive conditions and increase depleted or depressed conditions, whether physical, emotional or mental.  Because of the colour, it has traditionally been associated with the Heart Chakra, and is excellent for calming anger and soothing a wounded heart, but it is also a good all round healer on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels for people of all ages. It is very gently supporting and brings peace and comfort.

Green Aventurine brings the energy of early spring – new buds unfurling and daffodils! It is an excellent ally for all new beginnings – new homes, new relationships, new projects, new jobs, etc. It has an youthful quality, and is often attractive to children. For those who feel inclined, Green Aventurine can assist in connecting with the faery beings.

Prehnite is a beautiful translucent green stone. I've always thought of it as my 'No Worries' stone. It is wonderful for calming things down when the environment is chaotic. It brings a sense of release, expansion, protection and peace, reminding us that we are part of nature, natural cycles and natural law.

Epidote is the needles of deep green within. Epidote is wonderfully clearing of all negativity and also attracts positive energy and abundance.

Together they are a wonderfully healing and protective, working gently but very deeply.

Chrysoprase is green Quartz Chalcedony, coloured by Nickel.

It is a beautiful heartstone that epitomises open heartedness. It has an airy feel that clears rigid and limiting thoughts and beliefs and encourages acceptance, optimism, joy and a willingness to look beyond a limited viewpoint to a much wider perspective. It might help us to hear different viewpoints - and there is always something to learn from every position, even if the lesson is 'don't go there'.

Chrysoprase has a rich, moist nourishment that helps me to connect with the rich abundance of the natural world. I believe it would be very helpful for people who are recovering from illness.
